Mr PRAMOD SAXENA Executive Chairman

He is Promoter Director of Infinite TeleSolutions. Prior to this, he was the Country President, Continental India for Motorola. He was also the General Manager & Executive Director - Continental India, Asia Pacific Global Telecom Solutions Sector, Motorola India Private Limited. The sector is responsible for manufacturing, selling and integrating Motorola's wireless (GSM cellular and CDMA) infrastructure. A Chemical Engineer from Roorkee University, Pramod worked in various capacities spanning over 25 years and was largely associated with Essar and the DCM Group. His rich and varied experience spans Telecom, Steel, Petro Chemicals & Fertilizer industries where he had responsibility for acquisitions and mergers, setting up green field projects, joint ventures and running business operations. Before joining Motorola, Pramod was the CEO of Essar Telecom. He was responsible for many business expansions in the Essar Group. Under his stewardship, he led Essar’s foray into telecom and the joint venture between Swisscom & Hutchison with Essar. As CEO, he was responsible for Essar acquiring the license for Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab and a fixed lines license for Punjab. Having been involved with the telecom industry for a considerable period, he brings a strong understanding of the industry, Indian players and the operators. His other major accomplishments for Essar group include setting up of a 3 million ton integrated Iron ore pellet complex, Essar’s acquisition of 30% equity stake in ILVA (Italian Steel Co-third largest in Europe) through a $1b LBO deal, and 100% equity acquisition & financing of a textile mill in Mauritius among others.

Mr RAJESH MITTAL Director- Finance

Rajesh, A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary brings with him financial management experience of over 18 years in diverse industries viz., telecom, retail, electronic distribution. He worked in the capacity of CFO with Hutch Essar, DCM Benetton and Agrani Convergence. At Hutch Essar, he handled the corporate finance, treasury and company law matters involving large amount of fund raising and equity structuring. He was associated with setting up of retail chain of ‘Benetton’ in India. At Agrani (A Zee TV group company), he was associated with setting up of the retail and distribution business across India.

Maj Gen DN Varma CEO

A Telecom- IT professional of over four decades experience. Had a brilliant academic career; has done Degree and Post Graduate Engineering courses as also MBA, standing first throughout. He is an alumni of National Defence College New Delhi, and fellow of many National Level Telecom & IT Institutes. He had an outstanding Army career where amongst other important assignments he was Director R&D of a 1000 crores Digital Mobile Communication System. He retired as Chief Communications and IT Officer for the Northern Army in 95 where he macro managed infallible telecommunications support including anti insurgency operations in J&K. Was awarded Ati Vishist Seva Medal by the President of India for distinguished services. He was awarded Army Chief's Commendation Card as a young Major for inventing an innovative system for designing Microwave communications. After retiring from the Army in 1995, he served Motorola for four years where he successfully headed its Cellular Infrastructure Division for South India .Motorola conducted maximum business in this Division during the above period. He was CEO for four years of another MNC 'World Phone Internet Services Private Ltd' (WPISPL). It installs and operates satellite based International Gateways as also networking and access microwave elements to supply quality broadband Internet access and a basket of services to discerning customers. He has been an Adviser & Senior Consultant to a number of Indian and Multinational companies. He has also taught post graduate courses at a number of Universities and Institutes.

Over 15 years of experience in Telecomm & Infrastructure sector. Project & Quality manager for Reliance Infocomm Limited Delhi circle for the Wireless & Broadband rollout. Territory Manager – Telecom Projects for Tyco Electronics Systems, Was Core Team member for Telecom Infrastructure buildup for Idea Cellular Delhi, Tata Tele Services Delhi, Hutchison, Rajasthan. Over all In-charge for Network O&M and NOCC for Hutch Delhi, Tata Tele Services Delhi. Infrastructure Manager for Bharti Telesonic, Delhi. – Was Core Team member for creation of infrastructure for NLD/ILD Northern & Western Region. Project Manager – National Fertilizers Ltd. (PSU) – Was a Core Team member for augmentation of Process Control Systems.
